I’m Gloria, a Londoner with a love for rhythm, movement, and storytelling. A passionate runner and qualified run coach, I’m inspired by the way movement, music, and creativity intersect, and by the connections they create. 

I host a monthly show , on the community online station Love Will Save the Day FM, where I curate sounds and stories that move me. I’m also a voiceover artist and speaker who enjoys exploring creativity, culture, and connection through talks and podcasts.
